Shipping Policy

At Tucker’s Custom Designs, every item is made to order to ensure high-quality, custom results—just for you.

Processing time is separate from shipping time.

Production varies based on order size, quantity, and customization.

Once your order is completed and shipped, please allow up to 5 business days for delivery. Shipping times may vary depending on the carrier and location.

Once your package is with the carrier, we are not responsible for delays, lost, or damaged packages.

Tracking will be emailed once your order ships.

Local Pick Up

Local Pickup (FREE – 731 Area)

We offer FREE local pickup within the 731 area.

Please allow a minimum of 5 business days for production

Production must be completed before pickup is scheduled

Pickup details will be sent once your order is ready

Communication is required to schedule pickup.

We ask that all orders are picked up promptly after notification.

Order Cut-Off Times

Orders placed after 4:00 PM (CST) will begin processing the next business day

Weekend Orders:

Orders placed after 4:00 PM on Friday will be processed starting Monday at 8:00 AM

Return & Exchange Policy

All sales are final.

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
